You are here to be the healthiest, happiest women you can be.

I’d love to hold the lantern and be your guide.

As a mom of four, I understand how challenging it can be to find the time to take care of your body, your mind, and your heart when you are so devoted to the wellbeing of your loved ones first.

I get the exhaustion, the stress, and the constant state of fight or flight you often feel because I’ve been there—four kids under four years of age was certainly an adventure!

But most of all, I’ve witnessed the limited guidance and lack of support that conventional medicine offers us as we navigate our health from pregnancy through menopause and beyond.

Fatigue, weight gain, headaches, pain, mood swings, and sleep issues — it’s all treated with the pop of a prescription pill, instead of with the investigation of the root cause.

Having experienced this first hand with my own health challenges, I want you to know that you have the power to positively impact your health without relying solely on medication. In fact, your lifestyle—how you eat, move, and live every day matters most of all.

What led me to pursue my health coaching certification started with a desire to take a different approach to my own health. Acupuncture was the first modality I tried, and to my surprise, with just a few treatments, the sinus infections that I had been battling for most of my life disappeared.

Having recognized the power of nutrition and alternative therapies, I was inspired to support my daughter’s chronic GI issues with similar adjustments: the removal of gluten and dairy in particular. And within a few days, her symptoms started to dissipate as well. Magic!

From that point forward …

I was hooked on health and wellness and I sought out alternative medical training to supplement my education and experience as a nurse.

It wasn’t long before I found the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and later completed the Applied Functional Medicine Coaching certification at The School of Applied Functional Medicine.
